Just a note to mention what a good job Kerry-Anne and Ed did for us in our recent house sale. We have used Kerry-Anne and Ed a few times before and they always do a good job. Our last house was sold within 3 days and had a mid-December closing date. Not your easiest task.
Also, Ed and Kerry-Anne took us into a number of competing homes in our territory so that we were aware and comfortable with our asking price. They also kept in touch with us concerning values of homes for sale in our new neighborhood. This keeps us in the loop and maintains our relationship. We will use Ed and Kerry-anne again in our next residential transaction.
