Term & Conditions

1. We guarantee that our services will be provided on time; offering competitive prices according to market conditions.
2. Free quotations will be provided prior to the start of services. Quotes will be provided to email requests or by calling us directly.
3. Clients who order multiple services at the same time may have discounts applied, subject to our discretion.
4. Some projects may require deposits prior to work commencing.
5. Prices may be adjusted without notice according to the market conditions.

6. Error & Omissions: In terms of any proven deficiency, error, omission or wrong spelling in the files, Houyi Solar Living will correct these errors as soon as we get feedback from our Client. Any minor changes after work is completed will be at no additional charge to the Client, subject to our discretion.

7. Payment: Client has 10 business days upon issuance of an invoice to make payment to Houyi Solar Living. We accept cash, cheque, VISA, Matercard, or via Email money transfer.
